  • Yes. We do offer pickup for select items as long as the oder value exceeds $50 before tax. Items excluded from pickup are lounge furniture soft seating and champagne walls. 

  • Yes, we are licensed and insured. Many venues require this of any outside vendors operating on their premises and we are able to accommodate by providing necessary documentation. 

  • Yes, we offer delivery within the Greater Orlando area as long as you meet the minimum order value of $150.

    Delivery does require an additional fee which will be quoted upon submission of your wishlist. If you are looking for us to deliver outside of Greater Orlando, please indicate that need in the notes section of your wishlist submission. "Out of Town" orders must meet the minimum order value of $500. That said, we will assess the request on a case by case basis. So please do not hesitate to inquire. 

  • At this time, we do not accept cash, check or ACH. We do accept the following (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex) paid online via a link provided by your rental consultant. 

  • Because we do not have warehouse hours, we require an appointment for item pickup (will call). There is a flat $20 Pull Fee for pickup orders. 

    We provide a 15-minute grace period for this appointment. After that time the pickup appointment will need to be rescheduled to the next available slot.

    Please keep in mind that there are select items that are not eligible for pickup. This will be indicated on the item description on the website.
